Currently, we offer shipping within India only. We are actively working on expanding our shipping services internationally, and updates will be provided when international shipping becomes available.

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Shipping charges will vary based on your location and the size of the order. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment is processed.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping may be available for certain promotional offers, bulk orders, or when purchasing products over a specified amount. Check our website or promotions for more details.

3. Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after receiving payment.
  • Once processed, delivery within India takes approximately 7-14 business days, depending on your location. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
  • Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order on the shipping provider’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at astrozenmain@gmail.com.


5. Packaging

Each of our products, especially our energized gemstones and Panchaloha rings, are handled with great care. We ensure that they are securely packaged in protective materials to prevent damage during transit.


6. Delays and Issues

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, certain factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues may cause delays. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at astrozenmain@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
  • Incorrect Shipping Address: If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery of the order. Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate when placing your order.

7. In-Store Pickup

At this time, Daiva Mantra does not offer in-store pickup. All orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.


8. Delivery Restrictions

Please note that certain areas may be subject to additional restrictions or longer delivery times. If your location is in a remote or restricted region, our customer support team will contact you to discuss delivery options or alternative arrangements.


9. Change of Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
