At Daiva Mantra, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality energized gemstones and Panchaloha rings that are crafted and consecrated with care. We aim to ensure that every purchase brings you satisfaction and serves your spiritual journey. However, we understand that certain situations may arise where a refund or return is necessary. Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for items that are defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect (e.g., wrong gemstone, size, or product received).
  • Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Energized Gemstones: Due to the personalized and sacred nature of our energized gemstones, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any gemstone that has been energized, blessed, or customized specifically for you.
  • Panchaloha Rings: Once the Panchaloha rings are crafted and consecrated for the wearer, they become non-refundable.

3. Process for Refunds

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at astrozenmain@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and deemed eligible for a refund.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns for items that are damaged during shipping or if the wrong product was delivered.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Energized Gemstones: As each gemstone is uniquely energized for the individual, these items cannot be returned once the ritual process has been completed.
  • Customized Orders: Custom orders, including personalized sizing or unique gemstone combinations, are non-returnable.

3. Return Process

  •  with your order details and a description of the issue.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with all accompanying documentation.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges on energized gemstones or customized Panchaloha rings. If you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days, and we will assist in resolving the issue.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We may require photos or videos to assess the issue. Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the energization process or crafting of your Panchaloha ring has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
